Coordinator: Coordinators can view and edit People Review values. They can also close the campaign.

Observer: Observers can view People Review assessments and actions, but cannot make any changes.

Evaluation Criteria: Fields used to assess employees during a People Review campaign. There are 5 criteria:

• Performance
• Potential
• Risk of leaving
• Impact on the company
• Engagement

The labels can be customized upon request to your dedicated Skillup contact, but no new criteria can be created.

Actions: In the context of a campaign, “action” refers to development actions to be implemented for an employee (e.g.: training, salary increase, transfer, promotion...).

Manager Preparation: A preparation phase granted to managers, during which they are expected to evaluate their employees based on specific criteria and propose development actions.
