VIEW YOUR TEAM MEMBERS' JOB DESCRIPTIONS

You can view your team members' job descriptions at any time by clicking on My Team, then selecting the relevant employee and clicking on > Job Description.

SKILLS EVALUATION

During the reviews (most often annual) that you will conduct, you will be required to assess your team members on the competencies associated with their job descriptions.

By clicking on Evaluate, you access the evaluation modal, where you can assess your team member using the provided descriptions and expected level as guidance. If the employee has already shared their responses, you will also be able to view their self-assessment and comment (if these options have been enabled by your HR department).
