From the “+ People Review” section of your Skillup manager space, you have access to ongoing and completed People Reviews for the employees for whom you have been invited to share your evaluations and development actions.

• Access your Manager People Review space

Structure and functioning of your Manager People Review space

By going to the People Review section, you will see the different campaigns you have access to.

• The “!” icon indicates campaigns whose preparation deadline has passed.
• The padlock icon indicates closed campaigns.

By selecting a campaign, the calibration table will be displayed in the second part of the page. You will find information such as:

• The preparation deadline
• The number of shared preparations and the total number of preparations
• And below the table, “+ About this campaign” allows you to view the context of the campaign, written by your HR team.

Preparation Table

In the table, you’ll see one row per employee and several sortable columns:

• Status: To be prepared / Prepared / Shared
• Employee: on hover, you can view historical data and positions held (see screenshots below)
