VIEW YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION

You can view the details of your job description at any time by going to Profile > Job Description.

SKILLS EVALUATION / SELF-EVALUATION

Skills assessment is directly linked to the Reviews module, as skills are typically evaluated during performance reviews (most often annual reviews). You will be able to self-assess the skills associated with your job description if this feature has been enabled.

By clicking on Self-Evaluation: Evaluate, you will access the evaluation modal, where you can view the following, if available: a description, the expected level, and if your manager has already shared their preparation – their comment and evaluation.

VIEW YOUR SKILL EVALUATIONS

Once your skills have been evaluated by your manager during a review, you will then be able to view them at any time on the Skills page.
