First, make sure you're signed in to your Skillup manager's view so you can access your team members' requests. A scroll-down menu is located in the upper left corner of the page and will allow you to easily switch back and forth from your manager view to your employee view.

Once signed in to your manager account, you can access:

• The My team tab, where you can see and follow all of your team members' trainings requests
• The Trainings tab, where you can follow and arbitrate requests individually

📊 I MY TEAM

This tab gives you a quick overview of the training requests of all your team members. They are organised by status :

• To validate: requests waiting for your / your HR team approval
• In progress: requests that have been validated by you AND your HR team and for which the enrolment has been completed or is still outstanding
• Realized: training that have been completed
• Rejected: requests that have been canceled or rejected by yourself or your HR team
