Evaluation Criteria

“Performance,” “Potential,” “Risk of Leaving,” “Impact on the Company,” and “Engagement” are the five default evaluation criteria. Their labels can be customized.

Evaluation Scales

By default, the evaluation scales have three levels: “Low” / “Medium” / “High” for all criteria.

It is possible to have multiple scales with a different number of levels and custom labels.

For example, for the Performance criterion: “In Development / Meets Expectations / Exceeds Expectations,”

and for the Engagement criterion: “Very Low / Low / Medium / High / Very High.”

Import of Historical Data (optional)

It is possible to customize the format of salary data (monthly or yearly).
