Before launching your People Review campaigns, you’ll need to create:

• Actions (development actions to be implemented for an employee, such as: training, raise, transfer, promotion, etc.)
• Campaign templates, to define which fields will be evaluated and which actions can be suggested during your campaigns.

To do this, go to the “+ Configuration” > People Review section.

Actions

• In the Actions tab, click the “+ Create a new action” button at the top right of your screen to add your actions.

You can define a label and assign a color to each action.

Campaign Templates

Once all desired actions have been added, you can create your campaign templates in the corresponding tab.
