<aside> 👉 Your interviews are accessible from the "Interviews" tab on the left side panel of your Skillup employee view. By clicking on this tab, you will automatically access all your ongoing interviews with an overview of their progress.

CONNEXION MANAGER VIEW

In order to access your interviews, you can connect directly to your Employee View :

• via the email received on your professional email address following the launch of the campaign by your HR department.
• or directly by clicking on the following link: https://app.skillup.co/, which will generate a window in which you can enter your professional email address to receive a single connection link.

ACCES INTERVIEWS

Once logged in to your employee view, simply click on the Interviews tab on the left side panel to access your current interviews.

Interviews have 4 possible stages:

• In preparation: you will find your interviews to prepare or in preparation, for which you have not yet shared your answers with your evaluator.
• Shared: Here you will find your interviews for which you have already shared your answers with your evaluator. After sharing your answers, you can still edit them, until the interview is signed 😉
• Ready for signature: Here you will find your interviews which have been shared by you and your manager. It is now ready for signature. Make sure you don’t need to add or modify anything, it will not be possible anymore after signature.
• Finished: The interview is signed or closed and therefore cannot be changed. However, your interviews will always be available and searchable from this space.

👉 If you click on the 3 small dots to the right of the interview name, you can download your interview in PDF format at any time
